Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at thescranbar@outlook.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

When will my order arrive?

Orders will be dispatched the next working day from ordering. This will then be down to what shipping method you choose but average delivery times are 2-3 days but can be up to 5. Please get in touch with your order reference number if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status for the problem.

What countries do you ship to?

We deliver UK nationwide and most regions worldwide. If you are outside of the UK please contact us before ordering to make sure we can deliver to your geographical location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. If you have not recieved your tracking number please get in touch with your order reference and we will be able to send you another tracking number.

Other

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead.

How Do I Choose My Sweets?

To choose your sweets, go to the pick n mix section and view our collection of sweets avaliable. Please note it is 1 choice per 100g ( Example being 1KG pick 'N' mix would have 10 choices) If you have allergens or requirements please go to the allocated pages to see our range of different sweet options.

How Do I Ask You A Question?

Please go to the bottom of the website page and click 'contact us' under the our company section. If you have aleady placed an order please include your order reference.

Do You Do Halal Sweets?

We cater for halal, vegetairan, vegan, dairy-free & gluten-free. If you have any allergens or requirments please let us know in the notes section so we can use seperate equipment for your order.
